The Little House will be open again, the smallest thatched cottage in England, also Essex Beekeeping demonstrations with glass observation hive.
Come and see the ancient Clavering Guildhall with its timeless meandering gardens still as advised by the National Trust, and Chestnut Cottage by the ford, sweeping lawns and wide rambling flower borders, lots of winding paths and seats, and Piercewebbs walled garden, yew topiary, rose garden and stilt hedge, ha-ha, pond and walks with landscaped views. Also some beautiful new cottage gardens, full of surprises and unusual layouts, all nearby in the village.
Teas, morning coffee, homemade cakes, light lunches, and cream teas, all day. Coffee and drinks also available from the Fox and Hounds pub.
