The Hornsea Carnival Parade sets off from the Atwick Road entrance to Hornsea School and Language College at 12.30pm on the Saturday of carnival. The parade travels down Atwick Road in to Market Place and then turns in to Newbegin. It proceeds down Newbegin and New Road, along the Esplanade, down Little Eastgate and then up Cliff Road to Cinema Street. Some elements of the parade will proceed in to Hall Garth Park via Cinema Street and the larger parade entrants will return to Hornsea School and Language College via Newbegin, Market Place and Atwick Road.

There will be road closures along the route during the parade. Atwick Road (from Hornsea School entrance), Market Place, Newbegin, New Road, Marine Drive, Little Eastgate and New Road will be closed from 12.30pm on 20th July 2019 until the parade has passed. Atwick Road, Market Place, New Road, Esplanade, Little Eastgate and Cliff Road will be re-opened as soon as the parade has passed, but Newbegin will remain closed until the parade has ended (approximately 90 minutes.
