This year the aim is simply ‘BIGGER & BETTER’. This year will see the swim in its 42nd Year and so we are aiming for our biggest amount of money in one year for the selected charities.
The swim has raised over £40,000 since SLT took on the organisation of the swim and last year alone the event raised over £13,000 for local charities and causes that was put to many great projects and services for local people.
This year the organisers are hoping that even more LOCAL HEROES get involved and brave the North Sea at this much loved and anticipated social calendar event. The Christmas Dip will take place on Tuesday 25 December 10am. Changing facilities and registration for Registered Swimmers Only in will be at The Claremont Pier.
Minimum sponsorship £5.00 (100% of monies raised will go to beneficiaries).
